LORENTZ PS150 Boost provides city water pressure, anywhere. It has been a standard in home renewable energy systems since 1986. It is economical for domestic water supply, drip irrigation and water purification. Use solar-electric power to provide 250 to 10,000 litres per day from shallow water sources. PS150 Boost can push water as high as 140 meters/460 feet. This pump is similar to the Flowlight Booster (below), but capable of much higher lifts and pressures than the Flowlight. This pump also includes a controller with built-in linear current booster for better efficiency when connected directly to a solar array. 1 year warranty.
This is a German
engineered, high-quality, long-life pump. It requires a filtered
water supply and does not tolerate running dry. It should outlast
several Shurflo pumps, and is more energy efficient.
For 12 V to 24 V systems (1-2 solar modules or batteries
in series) uses only one and the same motor and controller for solar
direct or battery systems. Same flow at 12 V or 24 V.
LORENTZ PS150 Boost is not submersible, but can draw water from shallow wells, springs, cisterns, tanks, ponds, rivers and streams and push it through miles of pipeline. Slow pumping minimizes the size and cost of the solar array-battery system, wire and piping.
LORENTZ PS150 Boost is more powerful, quieter and much more durable than plastic RV/Marine pumps. It is less expensive than submersible DC pumps. Wearing parts typically last 5 to 10 years. Overall life expectancy is 15 to 20 years.

Suction Capacity5 m (15 ft) at sea level. Subtract 1 m (3 ft) for every 1,000 m (3,300 ft) altitude. Pump should be placed as low and as close as possible to the water source. Suction capacity my be further limited by intake pipe friction (or clogged filter). Intake piping should be 1" or larger.
Filtration RequirementThis pump cannot tolerate dirt. Water must be filtered clear. If water is very dirty, improve the source or consider a different pump. PV-Direct (non-battery) Requirements

Lorentz PS600 BADU TOP 12 Surface Pump 48 – 72 VDC The
PS600 BADU is a centrifugal surface pump that is run on solar power and
has a long life expectancy. It is a DC motor that requires no
maintenance and is cost efficient. This pump is ideal for water
circulation, i.e. irrigation, aquariums, ponds, and pool filter
systems. It should be kept free of debris, but will tolerate
suspended particulates. Combined lift and pipe restrictions
should be minimized for maximum flow.
A solar system needs to have a nominal voltage of 48-72 VDC in order for the pump to run. If a battery source is used, a nominal voltage of 48 VDC is needed. The maximum flow rate and maximum lift depends on the power source (solar or battery). This pump is intended to provide very high volume at minimal lift and pressure. |

The Conergy Flowlight Booster Pump provides city water pressure anywhere. It has been a standard in home renewable energy systems since 1986. It is economical for domestic water supply, drip irrigation, and water purification. Inlet must be filtered! A booster pump is far more cost effective than an elevated tank, providing pressure equivalent to over 100 feet (30 m) of elevation. It uses one third to one half the energy of a conventional AC pump, and eliminates high starting surges. It is more powerful, quieter, and much more durable than plastic RV/Marine pumps. Wearing parts are replaceable, and typically last 5 to 10 years. Overall life expectancy is 15 to 20 years. The advantage of Flowlite is it can run, even if an inverter is down, directly from batteries. |

Solar Slowpump for solar well pumping. The solar Slowpump by Conergy is capable of pushing water as high as 450 feet vertical. Supplying between 200 and 2600 gallons of well water a day while running on only a little amount of power with or without batteries. Solar Slowpump is designed to run for years all day long. This is possible because of the superior design of the positive displacement vane pump mechanism, which is forged brass. Pump should be located as close as possible to the water surface. The pump requires 5-micron filtration for protection at the inlet. If a PV-direct system (without batteries) is used then the watts required need to exceed the pump watts by 20% or plus, otherwise a linear current booster controller is needed for the pump to work properly. If you use a battery-powered system with this pump the flow and wattage will be lowered by 15%. By using a solar tracker it’s possible to increase the power your solar panels produce allowing you to pump up to 40%-50% more water in the summer time.

Solar Force offers medium-high lift capability (up to 220 feet)
while retaining a relatively high flow rate compared to other surface
pumps. See the charts to find the model you need. Foot valve required if mounted above water source. Linear current booster recommended if connected direct to PV array.

SHURflo 2088 Series diaphragm pumps deliver reliable performance in medium flow, moderate pressure applications. They make an excellent replacement for RVs that usually come from the factory with lighter-duty pump models. They are used in a variety of transfer and dispense-on demand applications where flow to 3.6 GPM is required. For added reliability the Twist-on Strainer can be used on the 2088 inlet port. Install optional 4" or 5" heatsink for heavy duty applications where extra cooling is required.
